Today our portfolio includes four limited service properties affiliated with two strong
brands, Wyndham and Intercontinental. We continue to look for quality assets in the

decades of experience, and when combined with our active involvement in the
assets we are able to provide consistent profits for our shareholders. We plan on
both operating properties we acquire in the future and enlisting third party
management companies to operate assets outside of our immediate geographic

We are in the early stages of development of a hotel in the Huntersville, North
Carolina market. Also we continue to explore the Charlotte metro area for future
opportunities.
